You must be 15 years or older to use Estilook website. Users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
You are solely responsible for any content, text, information, user names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio, video and links that you upload, post, transmit and share on the Estilook.com web site.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of our Services. We will not be responsible for any damage or harm resulting from your interactions with other users of our Services. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor interactions between you and other users of our Services and to take any other action in good faith to restrict access to or the availability of any material that we or another user of our Services may consider obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable.
User Conduct
As an Estilook member, you agree that:
- You will not abuse, threaten or intimidate other Estilook members
- You will not harm minors in any way
- You will not use a profile of any third person as your own and register for a user account on behalf of an individual other than yourself
- You will not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature
- You will not harvest or collect personal information about other Estilook users whether or not for commercial purposes, without their express consent
- You will not use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, data mining, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or its contents
- You will not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws)
- You will not modify, adapt, sub-license, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, de-compile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the Site or any software used on or for the Site, or cause others to do so
- You will not create or submit unwanted email to any of the Estilook members ("Spam")
- You will not post, share or transmit on the site any private information of any third party, including, without limitation, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, identification documents and credit card numbers
User’s Content Posted on the Site
- You will not post on the site or transmit to others Estilook members any obscene, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, profane, pornographic, offensive sexually oriented, threatening, harassing and racially offensive contents
- You will report any kind of photo, video or content that do not follow Estilook´s Policy Privacy and Terms of Services, by clicking in the red flag available below all photos in the site
- You will not upload, post, email or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, patents or other proprietary information without the owner authorization
- Each time you upload a file on Estilook, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control the rights or have the necessary consents to do so, and you grant every other Estilook user the right to download and use such file
The violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Estilook.com account. While Estilook prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Estilook cannot be responsible for the content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials.
If necessary, Estilook may remove any content at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such content.
Personal Information Security
As part of the registration process, you will be asked to select a user name and password. You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of these information and agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to the Site to any third party. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove any text and images you have stored in the system.
Proprietary Rights
The entire contents of Estilook are copyrighted as a collective work and Estilook holds the copyright of it. The collective work includes works that are the property of the information providers which are also protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download portions of the material from the different areas of Estilook solely for your own non-commercial use. Any redistribution retransmission or publication of any copyrighted material is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the copyright owner. You agree not to change any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from Estilook. You may not use any Estilook logo or any other proprietary graphic or trademark without Estilook´s express written permission.
If you believe anything on this site infringes your intellectual property rights, please provide Estilook a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed, a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site, your address, telephone number, and email address and a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
