Information Collection and Use

If you submit personally identifiable information through Estilook, we will use your this information just to operate, maintain, and provide you the features and functionality of the website, as well as provide special personalized features.

We use both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, clickstream data, etc.) to improve the quality and design of Estilook website and to create new features promotions, functionalities, and services by storing, tracking, and analyzing User preferences and trends.

Your personal public information such as username, age, activities, gender, sexual orientation, among others, will be shown to other users. However, your private account information such as password, email address, IM account, cell phone number, and zip code will not be shown to the Estilook third-party advertisers, affiliates and members.

Under 15 Years of Age

Estilook is not intended for use by people under the age of 15. If you are under 15, you must not register on Estilook website.

User’s preferences

In "Edit Profile", in your personal page, you can edit your privacy preferences and notifications, and can also update your profile and personal information at anytime.

You can cancel your account at anytime in the “My account” section in your personal page. If you terminate your account, your profile, including the messages you wrote and received, will be removed from the site and deleted from our servers. Because of the way we maintain this service such deletion may not be immediate, and residual copies of your profile information may remain on backup media.

Personal Information Security

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the site.

Estilook recommends the user to be careful when disclosing personal information to strangers. The information disclosed by you in your profile is your responsibility. Estilook is not responsible, and may not be liable, for any third party that make use of the information provided by the user in its profile.

Your Estilook account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You are responsible for the confidentiality and use of your password and username and agree not to transfer or resell your access to the Site to any third party.

The user password is confidential and encrypted, which ensures its secrecy. Only through his personal password the user will be able to change his personal data. In case of forgetting the password, if requested, Estilook will send the user's password to the email address primary informed in registration.

Estilook Rights

Estilook can review all content disseminated by the site and can take off the information included by its users that are in conflict with the contractual provisions contained in this agreement or with the current legal system. Also, it can reject any profile, text or picture that do not follow the requirements of this contract.

Estilook can edit or delete the content of any profile registered by their users when verifying the use of offensive language, apology to illegal practices, or contents that goes against the law or morals.
